Framed Bucket2Bucket GBC

This is a framed version of The GBC Workshop's Bucket2Bucket. It originally came about when I built my version of Elijah's module. It uses a double-wide stepper to load the balls onto the first bucket, which then hands them off to the second bucket. The module is geared exactly at 60 BPM, so it can back up at times if the loop is running a little heavy. All credit goes to Elijah for the original design—I just threw it in the Technic frame, which he helped with himself.
