SP Mini Wave GBC Remix
This is my modification of the Stein Hanse e.V. LUG workshop module for the GBC World Record attempt happening in November 2025. It is a design by TheBigMG. This was a pretty easy redesign as it already had the basis of a standard technic frame as well as an integrated shared power system. The shared power axle height was one plate lower than the standard I follow, so no major modification was needed except the addition of a plate underneath either side. A change to the gearing has also been made which was an idea by one of the Bens in the GBC community. It supports the vertical part of the gear train more than how the original did and eliminates the 16 tooth idler gears. Some cosmetic aspects have also been changed, such as adding additional clear panels which allow people to see more of the mechanism that raises and lowers the "wave" pieces. I'm taking a page out of Andy Bell's book and calling this a Remix.
