Yellow Racklift Tower Bridge

Yellow Racklift Tower Bridge

This bridge module uses two counter-directional rack lifts to transport the balls upwards. It features a wide inbox and the feeder mechanism uses a common telescope conveyor and a rocker with overflow protection.

The balls are passed from the first to the second lift container at medium height and unloaded on the top.

The gearbox driving the lift racks is attached to the back of the tower and contains a mechanical direction switch triggered by the lifts themselves. The module is powered by a Power Functions XL motor for the lifts and a Power Functions M motor for the feeding conveyor.
